Tokens I'm watching into the next phase: $HYPE - perps, revenue machine $LINK - data infra, institutional rails $TAO - AI, subnet expansion $AAVE - DeFi credit layer $ONDO - RWA distribution $PUMP - memecoin speculation $MNT - L2, retail funnel Revenue matters more this cycle. $HYPE, $AAVE, $PUMP, $MNT are printing real cash flow. $LINK and $TAO are infrastructure bets. $ONDO is the RWA play. Here's the catch: tokens aren't stocks. Plenty have value accrual that falls apart under pressure. In 2021, betting on tokens felt obvious. Everything pumped eventually. In 2026, with infinite tokens launching weekly, picking winners is brutal. The gap between good product and good token has never been wider. Honest take: my gut says something not on this list steals the spotlight and outperforms all of them. That's how it always goes. These are my thoughts today. Could flip next week.

The RWA market is already big enough to stop caring only about what got tokenized. A more useful question now is how much of that capital is actually at work once it is onchain. There is roughly $28.1B of RWA value onchain today, but only around $3.14B is active in DeFi. That is about 11.2% of the market. So when @Mantle_Official leads L2s in RWA capital deployed across DeFi, that says something more interesting than simple tokenized value. It points to where RWAs are starting to become usable capital, not just visible assets.
Trying to catch the exact bottom is how retail stays poor. $BTC dumped hard, alts bled twice as much. Apathy deeper than the January lows. The cycles warned us early. ~3 months of bear left if so - painful, boring, fake rebounds on repeat. But this is exactly when the best altcoins fall back to prices euphoria erased. I'm not catching knives. I'm filling a basket. 7 alts I'm buying on discount: 1. @CantonNetwork ($CC) - Institutions are already using Canton, not just βwatchingβ it. It generated serious fees recently and sits directly in the RWA / tokenized finance trend. If this sector keeps growing, $CC is one of the names that can benefit first. 2. @chainlink ($LINK) - Chainlink is not exciting, but it is hard to remove from the institutional crypto stack. RWA projects need oracles, reserves data, CCIP and price feeds. If tokenized assets keep expanding, $LINK keeps getting pulled into that flow. 3. @Mantle_Official ($MNT) - Mantle is backed by Bybit, has a huge treasury and keeps expanding into the main directions of crypto: ETH yield, tokenized assets, banking, and ecosystem products. It dumped with the market, but the structure behind it didnβt disappear. 4. @opentensor ($TAO) - AI is not going away because prices dumped. Bittensor has subnets generating revenue, signing customers and building real AI infrastructure. If AI rotation comes back, $TAO is still one of the first names people look at. 5. @aave ($AAVE) - Aave is one of the few DeFi protocols that actually works as a business. People borrow, lend, pay interest, and the protocol keeps making money in every market. Thatβs the kind of asset Iβd rather buy when everyone is scared. 6. @AskVenice ($VVV) - Venice is not just another AI token. Alibaba Cloud is using Venice models for its AI product push, which means a multi-billion dollar Chinese company is actually touching the tech. That makes $VVV more interesting than most AI coins. 7. @HyperliquidX ($HYPE) - Hyperliquid almost flipped Solana in valuation and became one of the strongest products in crypto. It has real users, massive volume, and huge revenue. If the market recovers, $HYPE is hard to ignore.
"Alts are dead." $BTC: $65k to $82k. Everyone noticed. Some alts did 2-4x that. Nobody talked about it. Buyers move first. Narratives follow. That gap between narrative and price is exactly where I look. 7 coins that outperformed $BTC - and why I'm still watching them: 1. @DexeNetwork $DEXE - DAO and governance infrastructure. Dexe usually gets attention when the market starts looking back at projects with real treasury, DAO coordination and governance tooling. β’ Price change: $3.45 β $13.64 2. @AskVenice $VVV - Venice sits at the overlap of AI and privacy. That combination is getting more relevant as users care more about private inference, data control and AI products that are not fully centralized. β’ Price change: $4.59 β $16.84 3. @Zcash $ZEC - Zcash is still the main liquid proxy for the privacy trade. With privacy back in focus, shielded transactions and institutional access make $ZEC one of the first names liquidity rotates into. β’ Price change: $219.2 β $665.7 4. @Humanityprot $H - Proof-of-humanity and identity infrastructure. As AI agents, bots and synthetic users grow, markets keep looking for projects that can verify real humans without turning everything into a centralized database. β’ Price change: $0.120 β $0.253 5. @HyperliquidX $HYPE - Hyperliquid remains one of the strongest product and revenue stories in crypto. Perps, active traders and ecosystem growth make $HYPE one of the cleaner bets when risk appetite returns. β’ Price change: $27.31 β $56.28 6. @DeFi_JUST $JST - TRON DeFi exposure through lending, stablecoin and onchain finance products. TRON keeps showing strong transfer activity, and $JST gives beta to that ecosystem. β’ Price change: $0.047 β $0.092 7. @opentensor $TAO - Bittensor is still the core decentralized AI economy trade. Subnets are generating revenue, signing clients and building actual AI infra, which keeps $TAO relevant when AI rotation comes back. β’ Price change: $176.1 β $282.1

500+ builders already inside Mantle's Turing hackathon. The non-builder side closes in 5 days and nobody's talking about it. - Turing hackathon: $100K pool, 6 tracks, real judging - Build & Boost: $7K bounty, zero code required, May 28 deadline - Builder's Correspondent ($3K): write or interview about the hackathon - Boost ($4K): bring it to dev circles with proof @Mantle_Official is one of the few ecosystems that kept building infrastructure through the bear - xStocks, RWA integrations, real dev activity. This hackathon reflects that. Not a ghost chain running a bounty for optics.
Stocks: $30B tokenized onchain Alts: bleeding at multi-year lows Market choosing onchain stocks over dead coin rotation. Projects building this: 1. Ethereum β @Securitize 2. BNB Chain β @OndoFinance ($ONDO) 3. Solana β @BackedFi 4. Hyperliquid β @felixprotocol (not counting Hyperliquid itself, where tokenized stocks are already trading) 5. Mantle β @xStocksFi 6. Stock infrastructure live. Alt infrastructure broken. Capital votes with feet.
$30B in RWAs onchain. Most with poor execution quality. xStocks on Mantle caught my attention because they solved this properly. Trading works like it should now: locked prices, zero slippage, 24/7 operation. Institutional standard, not DeFi experiment. Full lifecycle operational onchain: issue β trade β redeem. Stack integrated: Bybit liquidity + Fluxion + xStocks = functional infrastructure $TSLA, $NVDA, $META and more tradable anytime while TradFi sleeps. Distribution gap finally closing.
ATH is usually a strength signal, not overheating. Intuition says buying highs is late. In reality, itβs often the opposite. Entries at all-time highs tend to perform no worse, and sometimes better, than random timing. The uncomfortable part is that the best entries rarely feel good. They happen when everything already looks like it pumped. I stopped treating ATH as an automatic reversal. Markets spend a lot of time near highs. Once the trend is real, those highs often turn into support.
