If you check/do your research you'll fund out that the top validators out there do not have a validator sub 1M FDV except for $MAXIS. Helius is #2 by stake and has no governance token. With the $hSOL FDV (~$98M) the dollar value of SOL already staked in their LST. Raydium validator (~293k SOL) $RAY ~$440M FDV (~$215M mcap) @jito hundreds of millions (DeFiLlama had Jito outstanding FDV ~$350M. @Axis_pizza $MAXIS ~$280k FDV at ~145k $SOL staked and that's almost half of Raydium's.
