$SPX is facing strong resistance just overhead... and it's similar to the one we saw back in 2021... Check out how this channel has been marking the tops and lows... For me to turn bullish, we'd need to break through that channel resistance and confirm it... If not, my minimum downside target is that red zone in the coming months... $ASTER When a bullish engulfing pattern (signaling potential uptrend reversal) is immediately followed by a bearish engulfing that erases most its gains, it typically indicates a failed breakout. The original downtrend often resumes with stronger selling pressure, increased volatility, and further price declines as bears regain control. Stocastic is on a rising wedge that will likey breakdown and the RSI wants to test the 50... If it breaks down we likely go below 1 dollar and even break the 0.92 support level which has been tested 4 times now as red arrows indicate. $ASTER Tecnical analysis is probability not certainty... we dont guess we react to levels.... Right now, price is just below a key resistance level of the decending channel... We can see how price always reacts to that levels.... We can also see how price reacts to the lower trendline support... There is a big possibility we reject the upper trendline and MAYBE we go back down to the green support and liquidate leverage longs... the green box has also confluence with the decending channel support so IF we get there that would be the optimal zone to SIZE IN HARD... We can also see how price reacts the MIDRANGE of the channel validating it...
