What I did right this cycle: - sold all my alt bags from past cycles - focused on Bitcoin - traded alts for quick profits only - rotated quickly as narratives shifted - bought more gold before the pump - avoided MSTR, NFTs, and ponzi stables What I did wrong this cycle: - expected Bitcoin to rally higher than 126k - believed Trump was bullish for crypto lol - got drained for 50k because I installed malware - sold HYPE at $9 - was late on some narratives - didn't ape into Plasma sale Overall, I am comfy in stables and Bitcoin right now. I don't mind Bitcoin going down because I know it will come back up eventually. The same cannot be said about alts. I've told everyone to sell alts since late 2024 whenever they pumped. If you got trapped with alts, wait for another exit window. It will come. A part of me still thinks this 35% crash by Bitcoin is not out of the ordinary looking at the past. However, the BTC/Gold chart says we've been in a bear market since September. I ignored that signal and decided to wait for December to make a call on the bear market. Maybe a mistake, we will see. This cycle has been one of the most confusing and difficult ones since I can remember. We got conflicting market messages all the time. If you're sitting in profit today, congratulations.
