Coinbase’s ICO platform “fixes” a lot of the access issues rampant in token launches. It also adds (somewhat arbitrary) parameters to disincentivize quick flippers. AND YET: It does little to fix the bigger issue with tokens. How to ensure these assets have rights + rewards for holders
