This is how market manipulation ruins a normal, healthy trade I placed a short trade on $HOME at 0.0077513 Everything was going well. At a 3x leverage, I was up ~+20% on my trade till 9:59 IST Then the clock hit 10:00 IST In 1 minute, there was a big green +30% candle Enough to nearly liquidate my position if I entered at 9:59 IST. Anyway, I dont mind being a victim of such manipulation events, if exchanges fill my stop loss. Because, why do we put stop losses? To protect ourselves against unforeseen situations. I had placed my SL at 0.00841. Binance couldn't fill the SL. I feared liquidation. Then, I was finally able to place a market order at 0.0087723. Booked a 40% loss on a position that could have been profitable.
