I haven't heard a peep about @MetaDAOProject from any chats, I think it has a place in the ICM landscape along with launchcoin and metaplex. In its current configuration I think it serves web3 native companies quite well, while Launchcoin (in my eyes) has the ability to bridge the gap between web2 and web3 startups. The main selling point is the decision markets baked into the protocol, as a token holder this gives you rights much like a traditional equity structure. (the picture below explains this better). Its kinda weird, maybe retarded but I find it cool.
